Responsibilities :

• Perform general janitorial duties, including cleaning and maintaining assigned areas of office and warehouse. Empty trash and trash bins
• Sweep and mop
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, breakrooms, common areas, production are floors, sweep, mop, vacuuming and replenish supplies and keep stocked
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Empty oily rag containers in approved collection receptacles. Assist in spill cleanup as required.
• Clean / wash windows, glass surfaces, walls and mirrors
• Perform floor care tasks such as buffing, waxing, and polishing were needed
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed maintain cleaning supply inventory and submit order request as needed.

Notify management of any building repairs needed.

Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred
• Knowledge of commercial and industrial cleaning techniques
• Ability to work independently to a schedule with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
• Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Adhere to company (PPE) polices. Strong communication skills, reading, writing and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.

Maintain a strong sense of safety and a commitment to abide by all company health and safety polices and requirements.

Able to lift up to 50llbs pounds with minimal effort

• Position will require individual to move and / or re-position office furniture, trash receptacles or other obstacles when performing maintenance duties
• Position will require individual to stand, bend down for prolonged periods of time
• Position may require individual work outside exposed to various weather conditions
