Essential Functions
1. Assisting in general administrative and routine maintenance duties of the facility

2. Answers phones and takes messages or fields/answers all routine and non-routine questions.

3. Provide building security, this includes monitoring visitors, locking doors and windows and monitoring area surrounding the building

4. Participate in staff shift exchange

5. Assists clients and staff with client account questions as they occur.

6. Files client paperwork and distributes current client paperwork to counselors

7. Monitors medications during shift

8. Administers breathalyzers and UAs as necessary and/or requested by clinical team 9. Completes and emails a shift summary at the end of each shift

10. Updates counselor/client list, phase agreements and client information

11. Responsible for room checks and room searches as required

12. Assists clients in problem solving and decision-making

13. Coordinates treatment and services with other staff, including community support services and other community resources as necessary

14. Transports clients to appointments as necessary

15. Complete residency letters as needed for clients

16. Pick up client’s medication

17. Awareness of and compliant with the requirements mandated by state residential regulations and facility policies and procedures

18. Assists Executive Director and clinical team on special projects as necessary

Job Type: Part-time

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
• Every weekend
• Night shift
• On call
• Weekends only

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Night Shift (Required)
• Overnight Shift (Required)
