We are looking for a customer service associate to provide product/services information and resolve any problems that our customers might face with both accuracy and efficiency. The best customer service associates are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionate. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties:

• Supports a strong commitment to exceptional customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive experience for all customers.
• Proactively greets customers with a friendly disposition.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to customers.
• Responsible for helping meet goals and objectives for self and store.
• Responsible for keeping inventory accurate and keeping the office clean and organized.
• Provides full customer experience including service processes such as answering phones, processing orders and payments, answering product questions, and processing transactions.
• Providing service to all areas of the store based on business needs.
• Standing, walking, kneeling, lifting, and bending for long periods of time to assist customers
• Hear well enough to constantly communicate with others to exchange information
• Constantly assess the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of work assigned
• Perform in a high volume, noisy environment
• Performs other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Proven customer support experience
• Strong phone skills and active listening
• Ability to learn POS (Point of Sale) applications
• Punctuality and reliability
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Must be able to work in a team setting and with limited supervision.
• Ability to float between Rockledge and Palm Bay locations as needed.
• Must have weekend availability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.50 - $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
