Job Summary

This role involves overseeing the team of drivers delivering outbound shipments. In addition to scheduling drivers and assigning their delivery routes, you will also be in charge of reviewing trip reports for accuracy and ensuring compliance with all DOT regulations using (Fleetio and Samsara). While one of your functions is to ensure that drivers maintain their qualifications and don't log too many hours on the road, you should encourage them to make their deliveries quickly and safely. Applicants for this role must have prior delivery or logistics experience.

Transportation Supervisor Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Post-secondary education or experience in asphalt/construction is preferred
• Trucking or delivery experience preferred
• Driver's Linense required, clean MVR and CDL is a bonus
• Organizational and time management skills
• Basic computer skills
