Prominent Insurance Defense/Personal Injury litigation law firm located in the Financial District in NYC is seeking an attorney with insurance defense Trial experience admitted to the New York Bar (NJ Bar Admission a plus). Diverse case load with responsibilities that include, but are not limited to, appearing in Court and virtually for Motions and Conferences; drafting Motions, Discovery Demands and Responses, Mediation Contentions and Appellate Briefs; and conducting depositions, Mediations and Trials. Excellent writing and communication skills a must. Competitive salary; 401(k)/profit sharing; healthy work/life balance; relaxed and friendly environment. Position is currently remote, except for Court appearances and depositions that are conducted in person. May become a hybrid position in the future.
