• Supervise and engage students during before and after-school hours and activities.
• Assist with homework assignments and provide academic support.
• Plan and lead recreational activities, games, and crafts.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Keep all areas within VDOE licensing code
