Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shop Foreman to join our team. As the Shop Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our construction shop, the fabrication of sheetmetal for active projects, stock inventory, equipment and building general maintenance. Your role will assist in custom fabrication and ensure quality control.

Duties:
- Fabrication of required sheetmetal components in the shop for active and upcoming projects
- Fabrication of inventory stock sheetmetal and monthly replenishment
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Daily tickets for inventory disbursement
- Maintain shop cleanliness and equipment
- Maintain lot and grounds for safety and repair
- Coordinate with suppliers and other employees to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Maintain accurate records including daily logs, fabrication sheets

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of safety and quality control processes in construction

- Soldering experience required
- Familiarity with a sheetmetal brake for fabrication a plus (or willingness to learn)

- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Clean driver’s license
- Sheetmetal and Roofing experience
