Responsibilities

*Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner *Answer and return phone calls *Organize and schedule appointments and reservations *Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources *Answering emails *Taking payments and balancing the drawer

Qualifications

*At least 1 years of proven experience as an outstanding receptionist *Great communication skills *Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner *Time-management and organizational skills

Being that we work with live animals, we MUST work 365 days of the year. Major holidays (Christmas Eve, Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years) are mandatory for ALL employees to feed, clean and let out all dogs morning and night.
