Qualifications and Position Requirements

Ability to conduct residential and commercial plumbing inspections to determine compliance with applicable codes and regulations. Communicate effectively with contractors, homeowners, and the public. Valid driver’s license and good driving record required. Must be a Certified Plumbing Inspector (CPI) in Ohio, or be eligible to become a CPI

Position Type: Fulltime Position

Hours: Variable schedule based on workload and staffing needs.

Salary: $22.44-$29.17/hr. Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

Duties:

· Inspect facilities for compliance with regulations.

· Provide technical assistance and review plans.

· Prepare documents used in regulatory enforcement.

· Other duties as assigned.
