Our client, a fast-growing dynamic and entrepreneurial organization, has an opportunity for a Client Onboarding Specialist. This position is responsible for managing the entire new client onboarding journey from data collection to transition into Client Services (ongoing support). This function/seat is critical to the success of the company and has a singular goal of making sure each client receives nothing less than a world class “WOW” experience as they are onboarded.

This contract-to-hire position is in Creve Coeur, MO. Pay is $25.00-$28.00 per hour and is onsite daily. Must have experience working with HRIS systems and MS Dynamics Project.

Day-to-day activities:

• Supporting the Sales Function in the conversion of company prospects into new clients.
• The flawless onboarding of new clients to the company products and services that they have purchased by working seamlessly with our outsourced strategic partner.
• The error free transition of the newly onboarded client to the Client Services function.
• The ability to critically think and bring to the table more efficiency, effectiveness, and growth through upsells/enhancements.

Who our client seeks:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Understands formal project management and process development/maintenance.
• A high level of detail orientation and focus
• Adhere to the EOS model and tool usage (practical knowledge of EOS is required)
• Technology savvy with MS systems and platforms
• Possess a level of emotional intelligence (self-awareness and self-regulation) necessary to thrive in the seat.
• MS Dynamics Project Module Experience
• Minimum of 1 year working inside of an HRIS system
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft excel skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle adversity (concurrently)
