Job Description: Lang Estates is seeking a dynamic and driven Real Estate Team Leader to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a seasoned real estate professional with leadership experience who thrives in a high-energy, commission-based environment. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for expanding business development and market share, guiding and mentoring a team of agents, driving sales, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic initiatives to rapidly recruit high-producing and high-potential real estate agents.
  • Oversee the hiring, training, and development of an inside telesales organization, ensuring they are properly trained and held accountable to Lang Estates’ high performance standards.
  • Manage and accelerate the financial performance of the office, making necessary adjustments to key financial indicators to maximize profitability.
  • Generate revenue through inbound and outbound telesales teams managing real estate agent accounts.
  • Improve metrics on sales and closing ratios and optimize sales cycle management.
  • Execute against a data-driven telesales plan to enhance relationships and generate sales.
  • Work closely with Marketing to develop and share strategies to establish and lead programs.
  • Provide business development and financial management consulting to top agents, helping them achieve dramatic growth in their personal production and performance.
  • Keep Senior Management apprised through verbal and documented reports on sales volume, competitive activity, growth, and expansion progress.
  • Guide and motivate the Inside Sales Team to drive revenue growth through a positive, high-touch customer experience.
  • Create and maintain a high-performance team culture that inspires performance and achievement in alignment with the team’s core values.
  • Oversee and monitor the allocation of workload to ensure proper coverage and achievement of team goals and objectives.
  • Promote a strong learning-based environment, ensuring agents have access to top-tier training and educational opportunities.
  • Maintain a positive and empowering environment that both challenges associates to reach their potential and fosters a caring, people-first atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth, high-level, proven growth and leadership capabilities.
  • Experience in a high-growth or start-up environment preferred.
  • Ability to build powerful relationships and recruit effectively and consistently.
  • Strong verbal leadership and communication skills, with social poise.
  • Although a background in real estate sales is preferred, candidates with an exceptional track record in other fields and exceptional leadership skills will be considered.
  • Proven ability to work in a collaborative team setting as well as independently drive work.
  • Top candidates will be natural leaders, influencers, and teachers.
