Seminar Legal Assistant – Community Association Department

Must be extremely detail oriented and have experience with Microsoft Outlook, WordPerfect, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Reliable transportation is required to attend off-site seminars in the Tri-County Area. A professional demeanor is required to represent the Firm at event table.

Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Annual Meeting packages:

• Prepare and organize Notices, Proxy, Ballot, Affidavit

Organize Condo and Homeowners Association Documents

• Tab sections and Scan into database

Preparation for Seminars:

• Set up table for seminar to register attendees and promote the event
• New class approvals
• Renewal class approvals
• Order seminar marketing supplies for all four offices
• Record keeping for CAM credits
• Registration for attendees – create list and confirm
• Issue certificates
• Answer phone calls
• Organize seminar folder packages
• Upload Continuing Education Credits to the DBPR
• Provide back-up as needed for reception and mailing.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of material on cart or up and down stairs if elevator is not available.
• Must be able to stand for 4 to 6 hours during seminars outside of the office.
• Valid drivers license and valid insurance required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 per hour
