Responsibilities:
- Perform general janitorial duties, including cleaning and maintaining assigned areas
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed
- Follow established safety protocols and use protective equipment when necessary
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and hygiene standards
Picking up recycling
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment, such as buffers or floor scrubbers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
