**This position is $19 per commissioned labor hour. Annual salary starts around $70,000 depending on experience and number of labor hours turned per week.

Essential Job Duties

• Perform all refinish procedures according to factory specifications and Kendrick Paint & Body policy
• Daily use of air sanders, spray guns, sanding blocks, mask, and more in order to complete quality work
• Prepare color tint to match paint color and mix paint colors
• Ensure all formulations, preparations, top coating, and curing meet OEM recommended standards for proper application sequence, timing, and materials usage
• Follow all paint manufacturing guidelines
• Adhere to all regulatory compliance guidelines for hazardous waste disposal
• Perform other duties as required to successfully meet the needs of the business

Skill/Requirements

• 2 years of refinish experience
• I-CAR certification a plus
• Paintmaker certification preferred
• Experience with waterborne paint
• 18 years of age
• Comply with all safety requirements, respirator safety, and fitment/usage. Maintain compliance to pass required safety mask fit test
• Ability to effectively communicate with others
• Ability to multi-taking and adapts easily to fast-paced environment

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
