Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth. You will create engaging content, execute advertising campaigns, conduct market research, and drive sales.
Duties:
- Formulate and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and boost sales.
- Engage potential clients via diverse channels such as direct outreach, professional networking, and digital platforms.
- Cultivate robust client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Generate engaging content for multiple marketing mediums, including social networks, corporate websites, and email newsletters.
- Perform market analysis to detect trends, assess competitor strategies, understand consumer behavior, and identify growth opportunities.
- Track and evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Manage and update social media profiles with current campaign details, leveraging skills in photography, videography, and social media content creation.
- Support financial planning and resource distribution for marketing projects.
- Keep abreast of marketing industry developments and adopt best practices.
- Oversee the digital marketing division, encompassing website management, search engine optimization/marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Develop and refine systems for tracking, evaluating, and reporting on campaign outcomes with a focus on revenue growth.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications
- Demonstrated expertise in content and digital marketing strategies
- Robust research abilities for market analysis and audience targeting
- Understanding of sales principles to enhance customer acquisition and retention
- Proficiency with advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Skilled in budget management for marketing initiatives
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, etc.
- Competence in data analysis for informed decision-making
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Outstanding organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong time management capabilities with a track record of meeting deadlines
- Graphic design proficiency, including Canva, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
- Self-driven and goal-oriented with proven independent work ability
- Videography skills, encompassing both shooting and editing
- Problem-solving aptitude with a flexible and adaptable approach to change
