We are seeking a driven Wholesale Sales Coordinator to join our vibrant team in Las Vegas, NV, and support the Wholesale Account Manager in expanding our market presence.

Position Overview:
The Wholesale Sales Coordinator will assist the Wholesale Account Manager in managing relationships with our wholesale partners, handling administrative tasks, and engaging in customer-facing interactions. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow within the company, with the potential to advance to a managerial position in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

Wholesale Support and Coordination:

  • Assist in nurturing and maintaining relationships with existing wholesale accounts.
  • Support the Wholesale Account Manager in identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand our wholesale customer base.
  • Assist in providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and issues.

Administrative Assistance:

  • Aid in coordinating with the production department to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
  • Assist in managing shipping logistics, including tracking shipments and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of shipping information and documentation to wholesale partners.

Sales Support and Growth:

  • Assist in the implementation of strategies to increase sales and revenue from wholesale accounts.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop promotional materials and initiatives for wholesale partners.

Customer Interaction:

  • Act as a secondary point of contact for wholesale partners, addressing inquiries and providing product information and updates.
  • Support wholesale partners with any necessary assistance to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Market Awareness and Feedback:

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Provide feedback from wholesale partners to the product development team to enhance product offerings.

Industry Engagement:

  • Participate in industry conventions and trade shows to support networking efforts and foster relationships with potential and existing wholesale partners.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, new products, and competitor activities.

Reporting and Support:

  • Assist in preparing regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
  • Support the analysis of data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Some experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably within the toy industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment and collaborate across departments.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Motivated and eager to learn, with a focus on achieving objectives.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a support or coordination role is beneficial.
