Job Summary:
As a Salon Consultant at iTAN, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for driving sales and ensuring a superior customer experience. Your role will involve having FUN, educating clients on our services and products, managing client sessions, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service and cleanliness.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide detailed information about our services and products.
• Drive sales, including upselling and cross-selling of services and products.
• Manage client sessions, and maintain an organized salon and reception area.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
• Sales and/or customer service experience, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
