Job Summary:

You will start as a Sandwich Maker and cashier. You will be responsible for greeting customers when they enter and exit the restaurant, providing world-class customer service and executing fast and accurate sandwiches while maintaining sanitation standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Makes fast, accurate and consistent sandwiches. Complies with all portion sizes, recipes, and all systems and procedures.Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including all tables, floors, windows, beverage station, restrooms, etc. Takes phone orders. Fills out systems and procedures with 100% accuracy and integrity. Maintains professional appearance at all times in compliance with the Jimmy John's Dress Code. Displays a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments. Performs other related duties as required. Accepts payment from customers for orders.

Advancement Opportunity:

Once you become competent at sandwich making and other tasks around the restaurant you can advance to a part-time Assistant Manager (PIC). The PIC will have multiple opportunities per week to manage shifts and either open or close the store. PICs help oversee the day-to-day operations of a Jimmy John's restaurant with a positive rock star go-getter attitude, leads by example by executing systems and procedures with 100% integrity in a fast paced environment.
