We start everyone at between $21-22/hour, but with tips you will make between $23-24/hour. Schedule can be as flexible as you need it to be, we are hiring for day-time and night-time crew, full-time and part-time. We offer competitive wages and flexible schedules. For full time employees we have a 401K plan, Full Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance. You might start out as a part-time employee, and wind up owning your own Jersey Mike's franchise one day!

Shift Leaders take an active role in the total management of a Jersey Mike’s store / operation. In conjunction with the General Manager (GM) and Assistant Manager (AM), the Shift Leader's key responsibilities include:

• Helping to lead operational excellence and the guest experience
• Providing coaching to team members to improve performance
• Ensuring the shift is appropriately deployed to exceed hospitality and guest standards
• Understanding and complying with all procedures and policies
• Leading and modelling all cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Restaurant experience in a supervisor or management position is considered an asset
• Team player
• Ability to work in a fast-paced high energy environment
• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
