IFS (Integrated Facility Solutions) is a commercial maintenance company that handles facilities across the Eastern seaboard. We do repair and maintenance for storage centers, day care centers, and coffee shops. The NC branch is focused on all areas east of Holly Springs; however we also do some work South Carolina.

This listing is for a well-rounded technician who can travel to various commercial locations in Eastern NC.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Comfortable with moderately complex plumbing, electrical, drywall, tile, and painting
• Willing to work nights as needed and rotating on call weekends
• Clean driving history
• Familiarity with smart phone email function, mobile Outlook experience a plus
• Ability to closely follow directions and carefully document work
• Professional demeanor suitable to interacting with clients
• Willing and able to drive company vehicle on a daily basis

No education requirement but preference will be given to anyone with certifications or formal work history in relevant fields.

Night and weekend work absolutely required on an as-needed basis. A clean driving record is absolutely required. Applicants without these will not be considered.

Every workday begins by 9am and ends when work is complete. Overtime pay is provided past 40 physical work hours. In the case of night work, manager will indicate time of a late start the following day.

After one year, full time employees are eligible for a retirement benefits account and paid time off. Personal days accumulate as you go. Health and dental insurance available.

All employees are subject to randomized drug testing at an approved third party facility. Results may be used for termination except in the case of prescribed medications and ADA compliance.
