Koch Route 2 Toyota, MA is looking for full time BDC Agents to join the team!

Responsibilities

• Responding to leads in a timely fashion, answering questions, providing information and helping our customers.
• The sales agent will guide customers throughout the car buying experience.
• Providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
• Transitioning customers effectively from phone and internet contact to their in-dealership experience.
• Using a consultative process to best assist customers with their needs.
• Transitioning customers to the appropriate sales staff for vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Prospecting through referrals and other creative approaches.
• Setting and achieving targeted goals.
• Gaining superior product knowledge to effectively help customers.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a BDC/Customer Service role preferred but not required
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Some college or college degree preferred
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Ability to work effectively on computers
• Superior phone, texting and emailing skills
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
• Demonstrated ability to sell
• Experience and desire to work with technology

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $50,000.00 per year
