Duties and Responsibilities:

• Acts as the primary contact for sanitation jobs. Will maintain a system of requests for staff so that there is a documentation record of these requests.
• Assists with maintaining building security by ensuring the building(s) are locked and alarms are set upon leaving, as appropriate.
• Responsible for cleaning kitchens, including: counters, floors, sinks, tables/chairs and other furniture within the kitchen, wipe microwaves inside/outside, general refrigerator cleaning
• Responsible for cleaning all bathrooms, including: floors, toilets, sinks, mirrors
• Refilling all paper products: toilet paper, paper towels, hand towels, in all areas of the building they are used.
• Maintain cleaning in all common areas of the buildings: lobby, hallways, conference rooms and waiting areas, including dusting and vacuuming, mopping of floors
• Maintain cleaning of offices: carpet vacuum, furniture dusting
• Trash disposal of all receptacles and recycling disposal in appropriate outside bin.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be organized and provide deliverables in support of project plans

• Must have basic understanding of facility-related janitorial operations

• Must be able to travel to various work-site locations on demand

Working Conditions:

• Ability to walk, bend, stoop, balance, crawl and reach for extended periods of time
• Must be able to utilize a computer and e-mail
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be comfortable and able to work on a ladder of 20 feet
• Must be able to work independently without direct supervision
• Must have a valid Florida driver's license, a reliable vehicle
