Jack Russell Home Services Incorporated is an Employee owned company. As such we are looking to hire people with pride in ownership. Ownership shares are automatically distributed for this position annually starting january 2025 based on total hours and level of responsibility.

We use skills found in Carpentry and Pest Control such as Framing, Masonry, Concrete, Insulation, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Windows, Siding, Doors, Landscaping, Roofing, Flooring, Painting, gutters, pressure washing, sanitizing, tree work, fencing, ventilation, etc. to solve conflicts with wildlife by repairing and fortifying infested homes and small businesses. This job is all about home and landscape repairs fortifications and modifications needed to make a structure vertebrate pest proof. We will teach you any skills you need, but a can do attitude and strong work ethic is essential.

The nature of the work means that we must have a willingness to respond to odd and unusual circumstances.

This is a physical job that involves climbing on precarious roofs, crawling through tight access hatches, lifting heavy objects, crossing rugged terrain and much more. Applicants for field positions must pass the following physical fitness standards.

-Be able to squat lift 100 lbs…..-Maintain balance on a 1.5 inch wide beam for 30 seconds….-Crawl through a 12inch by 18inch opening…. Vault over a 4ft fence…..Jump off a 6ft cliff…. Climb a 32ft ladder

This job involves the use of power tools and carpentry tools including saws, drills, grinders, squares, levels, hammers, ladders, and much more.

-Safety standards require short hair. Power tools are dangerous and strenuous work causes hair ties to come loose and get caught in those tools. Head hair should extend no more than 3 inches past the scalp, facial hair no more than 1 inch past the face.

This job also involves animal handling both Alive and dead and their offal. hunting, trapping, catching, using nets, traps, projectiles, and other equipment. handling carcasses and fecal matter and transport with trucks or other vehicles.

Must be capable of working both alone, or on a team as job requirements dictate. Must be capable of good communication skills. Applicants must be 18yo or older. Ideal applicants are workers who have willingness to relocate to expand the business to new markets.

You will earn company shares based on time and responsibility with company, Profit shares based on position and ownership percentage,

Benefits such as individual and family medical dental and vision insurance are available after a 90-day probation period. Hourly wage starts at $17.90/hour plus commissions, but annual raises are automatic and promotions are based on skill ability and ambition. Our top workers are making over $40/hr. Pay may be negotiated depending on experience.

Retirement plans are based upon ownership shares of the company.
