Info Label Inc is looking for Flexo, Digital and Hybrid Press Operators.

Position Overview

Operators must have advanced knowledge of Digital, Flexo, and/or Hybrid equipment and procedure. Operators must be creative problem solvers who have strong communication and leadership skills to maximize productivity.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Adheres to and promotes all safety policies and procedures including, but not limited to the proper handling of hazardous waste, lock out - tag out rules and hearing and eye protection policies

• One must be able to interpret exact instructions from a job ticket, then set up and complete all Make-Ready activities accordingly including; set up each print station in accordance to job specifications, proper mounting of dies, and ensures the press is correctly aligned to process requirements

• Extensive knowledge of Digital Press Units and/or flexo Ink Systems operates both independently and when utilized together. Appropriately adjusts press printing execution to perform with consistently high quality.

• Understanding of hybrid printing; specifically the interactions between different components such as screenink, foil, flexo inks, varnish, and other embellishments.

• Constantly clean and maintain each independent printing system; digital inkjet heads, ink systems, plates/screens, DPU, and all other press components

All other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
