Job Description: As a Route Driver, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, operating company vehicles to ensure efficient freight delivery and pickup while providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities include navigating designated routes, adhering to all traffic regulations and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, and promptly reporting any incidents or concerns to management. While no prior experience is necessary, candidates with delivery experience will be favored.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and collect freight from multiple stops daily, with routes varying to keep each day dynamic.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure operational efficiency and safety. This includes but is not limited to vehicle brakes, tires, windshield wipers, lights, oil, fuel, and water supply.
• Maintain a clean vehicle interior and exterior, refueling as needed, and performing routine maintenance checks.
• Demonstrate physical agility to handle various tasks, including lifting, bending, and driving for extended periods.
• Familiarity with Oahu's landmarks and locations is advantageous for efficient route navigation.
• Make efficient and timely deliveries to multiple various locations on route.
• Embrace continuous learning through active participation in training sessions.
• Uphold strict adherence to safety protocols and utilize appropriate safety equipment.
• Exhibit professionalism and excellent customer relations at all times, representing our company with pride in company-provided uniforms.
• Flexibility, positive attitude, and punctuality are paramount to success in this role.

Requirements

• Successful completion of pre-employment and random drug screenings.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Previous experience as a delivery driver is preferred.
• Possession of a valid Hawaii driver’s license with a clean record.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting up to 70 lbs.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge of local traffic patterns is beneficial.
• Clear background check.
