Job Overview:

We are a busy reproductive health practice in Cincinnati and are looking for a member to join our revenue cycle team who will be responsible for all aspects of patient accounts, workflow processes and problem resolutions. We are looking for a candidate that possess the following skills:

• Experience billing for large medical practices
• Account collections
• Extensive knowledge of insurance claims is required
• Ability to be a team player
• Medical coding and billing experience required
• Communicate with patients regarding inquiries and complaints
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and EHR
• Transaction posting
• Exercises good judgment and discretion
• Familiarity with HIPAA privacy requirements for patient information
• Maintains and protects confidential information
• Proficient in use of computers and office equipment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent telephone and patient-relation skills
• Detail oriented and ability to prioritize work
• Demonstrate the ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues
• Outgoing and friendly personality with team orientation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
