Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our company's daily operations and ensure efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales, process improvement, repair & technical work, and business development.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
- Oversee project management activities to ensure timely completion
- Monitor and manage profit loss statements to meet financial goals

Experience:

- Proven experience in customer service, strategic planning and execution
- Strong background in administration, repair & technical work, sales, business development, and process improvement
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
