Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen. Your role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of our food service establishment.

Responsibilities:

- Clean dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using the dishwasher or by hand

- Ensure all dishes are properly washed, rinsed, and sanitized

- Assist with bussing tables and removing dirty dishes from dining areas

- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, countertops, and work areas

- Empty trash bins regularly and dispose of waste properly

- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures

- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks

- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

- Ability to work well within a team and take direction from supervisors

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
