INFINITT North America Job Description: RIS Product Support Specialist The RIS Product Specialist will function as a resource for the INFINITT RIS product support team. In this position, you will be responsible for learning the INFINITT RIS Product from a perspective of each: training, demo/sales support, customer support, and product implementations. Principle Functions
RIS Product Implementation Specialist
Guide customer admins on the best practices build and deployment of INFINITT RIS
Understand site specific workflows and design INFINITT-based workflows that help accommodate or improve upon these customer needs/demands
Oversee the RIS Education Plan for all user types (Sysadmin, Superuser, End User, etc.)
Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure all tasks are accounted for on the project plan, with accurate assignments and deadlines. Ensure deadlines are met and projects stay on time from a product readiness and education perspective.
Work with the designated RIS migration resources to provide any guidance / support needed to allow for a comprehensive legacy RIS system data migration to INFINITT
RIS Product Support
Supporting help desk tickets that are escalated due to complexity and/or resource availability
Supporting internal employees to respond to / close out RIS related tickets
Direct communications with clients / employees- but also ensuring that email support concerns are also entered into / resolution documented within the help desk ticketing system
RIS Product Education / Applications
Manage education for INFINITT internal RIS resources to continue improving / achieving higher tiers of product knowledge
Oversee education plans for new and existing customers on the RIS product
Secondary Functions
Product Enhancements
Regular communication of new ideas / change requests to the RIS Product Manager for continuing improvement of the RIS product
Pulse the industry to keep informed of new industry trends / competitive strengths and weaknesses / competitive product needs
Research ongoing regulatory changes (FDA, ACR, MQSA, CMS, etc.) to stay in front of future product requirements / certifications that impact INFINITT and/or its clients
Sales Support
Product demonstrations (onsite or remote) for the sales team and/or clients with very sophisticated needs / complex imaging environments
Participation in trade shows
Essential ExperienceThe RIS Product Specialist should have a Radiology Background with at least 5 years in a clinical setting and/or knowledge in workflow and imaging. Knowledge and hands on experience with RIS is required.
Proficient with Computers
Public speaking to small and large audiences

Excellent organization skills and ability to perform under pressure
Knowledge and experience of hospital systems, modalities, and workflows
