Role and Responsibilities-Title: Roofing Inspector
Contract Period: One Year, (May 2024-May 2025)
Project location: Woodhull Medical Center, Brooklyn, NY.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7 am-3:30 pm
We are currently seeking an experienced Roofing Inspector to assist the team for the Woodhull Medical Center Roofing Replacement Project located in Brooklyn.
Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure compliance with construction codes and specifications.
- Provide expertise in your specific focus area specifically in Roofing replacement to ensure the highest quality work.
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to address issues and provide constructive feedback.
- Review project documentation, including plans, drawings, and specifications, to verify accuracy and completeness.
- Materials inspection and acceptance before installation.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise and guidance on construction inspection matters; record meeting minutes when needed,
- Contribute and help prepare monthly project status reports
- Degree in engineering or construction management highly preferred; or equivalent work experience/certifications.
- Experience as a Construction Inspector, specifically with roofing inspection and replacement experience.
- Knowledge of relevant construction codes and regulations.
- 5 years of construction inspection experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices and techniques.
- Ability to perform quantity and engineering computations, read and interpret plans and specifications; and understand the fundamentals of necessary inspection codes and requirements for material testing.

New York City Equal Pay Disclaimer Infinite Consulting Corp carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s experience, education, and training. The estimated salary for this position is between $50- $59 per hour.
