Joanie’s Deli is a family owned and operated restaurant that focuses on serving high quality breakfast, bakery, and sandwiches, in a clean atmosphere. We offer our community the highest quality ingredients using local food suppliers. Joanie’s Deli was established in 1999 in Woodland Park, CO.

We are currently hiring new talent to be a baker in our restaurant. We are looking for a dynamic team member, with an excellent work ethic and baking experience. We are recruiting reliable, trustworthy, and customer-oriented Crew Members. In addition to competitive wages and flexible schedules, we offer employee a positive work atmosphere, and the opportunity to learn a wide variety of skills.

Crew Members

Crew Members at Joanie’s Deli learn valuable new skills that can help them develop a career for their future. Crew Members need to implement all the standard operational procedures of the company and make sure that every customer receives the best customer service possible. Major responsibilities include taking orders, serving food, cleaning the dining area and other work stations and ensuring the total cleanliness of the workplace. Our Crew Members also learn how to cook, grill, and bake. Crew Members must also make sure that the food that’s being served is always fresh and has undergone the proper food handling procedure.

As a baker, you will need to be able to work independently, follow recipes and direction, and present finished products professionally.

·Engage guests by sharing your smile and knowledge of our brand, ingredients, entrees, and specials.

Treat each guest like they are family and give them outstanding, friendly service

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Keep restaurant organized, stocked, clean and sanitized

Collaborate and work closely with crew members

All workers and customers are required to follow the CDC guidelines for health safety.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
