About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated, dedicated and organized individual to join our team! The Parts Coordinator will be working in our warehouse and in charge of keeping managing and tracking our inventory.

Status: Full-Time, Non-exempt

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing and tracking inventory
• Supporting the technicians and ensuring they have the parts needed for the job
• Receiving and unboxing shipments
• Support with placing orders for new equipment
• Manage returns for defective equipment.
• Deliver parts to jobsites as needed.
• Keep warehouse clean and tidy.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• Clean Background Check – Criminal and Driving
• Understanding of construction sites
• Basic computer skills
• Experience in the alarm or electrical fields is helpful, but not necessary.

Work Requirements:

• Ability to climb ladders
• Ability to lift weights up to 80 pounds
