Pay Range: $25-$28/hourJob SummaryAs a Tech III (or Top Slide Lead), you will be responsible for managing internal as well as external (sub-contractors) tower crew(s). In addition to representing our company in a professional manner, you will be the face of our company when interacting with suppliers, customers and various vendors during installations and troubleshooting projects. Primary Responsibilities
Maintaining, repairing, and occasionally installing various wireless tower types
Assists in the installation, maintenance, and de-installation of all aspects of wireless cell site foundations including: grounding conduits, electrical installations, site de-installation of antennas, coax, and cabinets
Climbing ladders of various heights and types
Construction, troubleshooting, calibration, testing, and maintenance of telecommunications equipment
Operating test equipment and data reporting
Performing additional maintenance or upgrades on out of season equipment
Working with a crew and responding to service calls in a timely manner
Other duties as assigned
Must be able to work overtime to include Saturdays, Sundays and evening hours
Be able to travel 100% of the time, with extensive time away from the corporate location

High school diploma /GED and 1-2 years tower construction
Valid Driver’s License - strongly preferred/may be required depending upon the location in which the position is required to work
Knowledge of standard knots
Basic computer skills required for equipment programing and site closeouts
Sweep & PIM testing certifications (practical knowledge/skill test may be performed during interview)
Visual ability correctable to 20/20
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, use hands to finger/handle/feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, talk or hear
The work requires the employee to walk, sit, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, or crawl up to 90% of the day
Frequently the employee is required to lift or carry up to 10 or 25 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 or 100 lbs.
