Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
  • Assist with accounting reconciliation tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage parts reconciliation, including tracking inventory and processing orders.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Support the preparation of reports, invoices, and other essential documents.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

Requirements:
