Responsibilities
•Work in collaboration with other technicians who will assist you with a variety of maintenance tasks
•Remain on-call in case of emergencies by keeping a phone on hand
•Tend to all of the hotel's equipment and conduct preventive maintenance routines
•Handle maintenance issues as quickly as possible to assure guest satisfaction
•Observe all engineering safety rules and criteria
Qualifications
•2 or more years of hotel or faculties maintenance experience
•Driver's license and clean driving record is mandatory
•Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed
•Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred
•Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent GED
