Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine inspections of the facilities and equipment

- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and tenants

- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and document maintenance activities

- Weld, fabricate, and install new equipment or fixtures as needed

- Program and troubleshoot logic controllers

- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks

- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English

- Solid mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance

- Proficiency in using software for work order management

- Ability to weld, fabricate, and install equipment or fixtures

- Experience with logic controllers programming and troubleshooting is preferred

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team if required
