The cashier and loaner coordinator positions are based within our service department and requires strong math skills, the ability to think quickly, high levels of patience, and a quick ability to learn computer skills. This position has resulted in multiple individuals growing into a service advisor within 2-5 years where the average compensation in 2021 was over $85,000.
The receptionist position is based within the sales department and requires the ability to multitask, strong excel and organizational skills, a "big" smile and the ability to work well with differing personalities. This position typically progresses into our motor vehicle department or into our junior sales team within 1-3 years. Progressing through this opportunity and through the again presents multiple opportunities for quick income advancement.
Lastly, our data entry positions allow you to be exposed to our centralized accounting office that is based out of our headquarters in Edison New Jersey. This opportunity requires extremely high attention to detail, the ability to work independently and an ability to understand accounting. This opportunity allows for progression into all departments as you will now have a fundamental understanding of the financial impact of multiple positions.
Most importantly, our goal is not to hiring you for this position but rather for the next one that you may grow into. We have a strong commitment and process for developing individuals quickly and have a low tolerance for tardiness, poor attitude, inability to learn and lack of humility. We have an even greater love for hard work, commitment and the relentless desire to grow. Please be aware that these are $17.50 per hour positions with very little opportunity for financial growth within them. However, should you perform there is no specific or required timeline for your promotion and after putting in the time you can very quickly earn double if not triple!
