We are looking for a competitive, sales-driven, and highly motivated field sales representative to join our team. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing your own initiatives and aggressive sales strategies to grow your sales territory. The ideal candidate knows how to get the sale, leaning into their strong communication and interpersonal skills to convert potential customers into new clients. $60,000 - $120,000 yearly

• Implement and carry out strategies to acquire new clients in your sales territory
• Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events
• Ensure customer needs are met by staying on top of our services and product, competition, and market conditions in the home services industry
• Keep company abreast of new business development opportunities, account status, potential customers, customer needs, and competitive issues using CRM
• Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products or services

• You will need 3-5 years of inside or outside sales experience
• Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Should have working knowledge of a CRM
• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma preferred

• Must be able to pass a drug test and a criminal background check
• Valid driver’s license is a must with a good driving record and at least 5 years driving experience
