We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Radon Mitigation Contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radon mitigation and a commitment to safety and quality. This role involves assessing properties for radon levels, designing and installing mitigation systems, and ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations.

Compensation Package

• Hourly: $18-$25 DOE
• Mileage Reimbursement (Monthly)
• Company Credit Card for expenses (Excludes gas)
• 401(k) Profit Sharing (Eligible after 1 year)
• Health Coverage Plan (Eligible after 90 days of employment)
• Vacation: 5 days after one year of employment, max bank 240 hrs. 
• Personal Time: 5 hrs per year (No accrual) 
• Sick Time: 40 hrs per year (Max 80 hrs accrual)

• Documentation and reporting
• Client communication

Area of Responsibility (AOR)

• Radon Mitigation: Install, maintain, and monitor radon mitigation systems to effectively reduce radon gas levels
• System Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments and inspections to identify radon entry points and determine appropriate mitigation strategies
• Equipment Installation: Install radon mitigation equipment, including fans, piping, and sealing materials, in compliance with industry standards and regulations
• System Monitoring: Perform regular checks and tests to ensure the proper functioning of mitigation systems and make necessary adjustments or repairs
• Client Communication: Interact professionally with clients, explaining mitigation processes, addressing concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to guarantee the well-being of yourself, your team, and clients during mitigation procedures

Training and Experience

• Proven experience in radon mitigation or a related field would be advantageous
• Strong knowledge of radon mitigation systems and techniques
• Proficiency in handling relevant tools and equipment
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform tasks associated with mitigation installations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Any certifications or licenses related to radon mitigation are a plus
