We are seeking a Service Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive service and possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and technicians.

Responsibilities:

• The ability to communicate objectives and promise times to customers and strong communication skills
• The ability to work with service computer systems like ADP and mKaarma
• Efficient in computer software systems
• Proficient in typing
• A Team and company attitude to deliver exceptional work to our customer
• Maintain open lines of communications with customers to achieve their expectations
• Ability to upsell clients on needed repairs and maintenance to optimize dealer revenues
• Maintain a clean and effective work station
• Become a cohesive member of our top performing team
• Work with electronic payment software system
• Ability to think and reason quickly providing exceptional customer service

Experience:
- Prior experience in service writing within automotive industry preferred but not required
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with tire services and alignment processes
- Understanding of automotive sales practices

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
