Position Overview: As a Public Adjuster Field Canvasser, you will play a crucial role in our outreach efforts by engaging with members of the community to promote our products/services. You will be responsible for representing our company in a positive and professional manner while effectively communicating our value proposition to potential customers. This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $15 per hour, with the opportunity to earn additional income through commission-based incentives.
Responsibilities:
**Conduct door-to-door canvassing in designated neighborhoods or areas to generate leads and promote company offerings.
**Engage with residents in a friendly and persuasive manner to communicate product/service benefits and answer any questions.
**Collect contact information and pertinent data such as insurance policies from interested individuals for follow-up by our sales team
**Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes using provided technology tools or forms.
**Meet or exceed established performance targets for lead generation and conversion.
Qualifications:
**Previous experience in direct sales, customer service, or canvassing is preferred but not required.
**Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
**Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
**Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while demonstrating reliability and punctuality.
**Comfortable walking and standing for extended periods and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
**Basic proficiency with technology and smartphone usage for data entry and communication purposes.
