```Duties```
- Set up the breakfast area before guests arrive, ensuring all food and beverage stations are fully stocked and clean
- Prepare and serve breakfast items such as coffee, tea, juice, pastries, and hot dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout the shift
- Clear tables and clean up after guests have finished their meals
- Monitor food levels and replenish as necessary to ensure a consistent supply for guests
- Follow all health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages
- Assist with dishwashing and cleaning kitchen utensils as needed

```Skills```
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Knowledge of OpenTable or similar reservation system is a plus
- Ability to handle meal preparation and presentation with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Familiarity with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in a dining area
- Proficiency in operating coffee machines, POS systems, and cash registers
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills to ensure smooth operations during breakfast hours
