Job Description Primary Accountabilities
- Under guidance of Sr Graphic Designer, manage projects from ideation to execution and release.
- Ensure brand consistency across all assets with a keen eye to always elevating the customer experience
- Work on digital media, layout, photography editing and animation to deliver a range of assets for sales and marketing purposes
- Collaborate with MarCom and other department team members to identify project goals and parameters
- Concept, design, edit, proof and produce assets in a variety of formats, including:
- Traditional marketing materials: print ads, brochures, sales sheets, billboards, direct mail pieces, signage, event signs
- Digital assets: Photo editing, CEU PPT design, infographics and possibly video editing/web creative support
- Digital advertising: display ad, social ad image creation for programmatic and social campaigns
- Merchandising: packaging, point-of-sale displays, apparel, retail/sales support tools
- Develop and consistently communicate production timelines and budgets with project stakeholders across multiple workstreams
- Manage external vendors, agencies or freelancers and trafficking/production/shipping procedures
- Store, organize, maintain and manage content assets, with close support from IT
- Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills are a foundational requirement (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; Premier Pro is a plus)
- Enjoys collaborating with "internal clients" to arrive at the best idea and design
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to quickly pivot ideas, adjust designs and meet deadlines
- Highly organized and proficient using a project management software is a plus
- Comfortable presenting ideas, providing progress reports and communicating prioritization of workload
- Experience managing print, photography/videography, merchandise vendors and production is a plus
- Digital media creation; demonstrated ability to design for interactive ad or web content
- Experience or interest in video editing, animation/CGI software or 3-D modeling is a plus
- Experience with point-of-sale and packaging design is beneficial
- Eagerness to join a fast-paced team that enjoys exploring new ideas together
- Portfolio demonstrating diverse design executions
Working Conditions
- In-person collaborative environment, with flexible work-from-home options
- Minimal travel, if project requires
