Responsibilities:
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of food orders
- Assist with food preparation and plating when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any customer inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth food service operations
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Familiarity with banquet or event service is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is desirable
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
