Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Branch Manager. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of our branch, leading the staff to work within the goals and core values of the credit union.
Duties:
-Ensure the branch always maintains high service standards.
- Supervise and manage branch staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
-Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor branch performance, analyze data, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Promote credit union products and services based on members needs.
-Demonstrate the ability provide effective decision making that is in the best interest of the credit union and the members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee project management activities related to branch operations.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Branch Manager or similar position
- Strong business acumen with a focus on sales and customer service
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
