Maintenance Technician

Position Responsibilities:

• Performs regular mechanical and electrical repair of equipment such as bearing failures, electric motor failures, etc. with relative independence.
• Performs preventative and corrective maintenance in one or more of the areas of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Work includes following preventive maintenance schedules, documenting all work via computerized maintenance software and machine setups.

Position Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a maintenance technician in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Ability to diagnose root cause failure of equipment and repair accordingly.
• Some electrical (machine control circuits). PLC experience is a plus.
• Have own set of basic tools.
• Willing to work some weekends and extended shifts as needed.

Compensation range of $22.00 - $30.00/hour depends on related skills and experience.
