Complete maintenance weekly tasks. Assist the maintenance supervisor. This job will be part-time. As a maintenance personnel we do require the following: Clean grounds and remove trash and litter using spiked stick or broom. Plant grass, flowers, trees, and shrubs. Water lawn and shrubs. Make minor repairs on equipment. Repair internal equipment such as hotel room doors and smoke detectors. May repair fences and gates, walls, walks, etc. May paint fences, and outbuildings. May clean out drainage ditches, and culverts. May perform ground maintenance duties using tractor equipped with attachments, such as mowers, lime, or fertilizer spreaders, lawn roller, and snow removal equipment. May empty trash cans and clean/paint outside and lobby areas. Complete all other duties as assigned.
