Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Room Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for childhood development and creating a nurturing environment for young learners.

Duties:

- Oversee the daily operations of the classroom
- Implement educational programs that promote learning and development
- Provide care and support to students, including toddlers
- Manage behavior and create a positive learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure student success

Experience:

- Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education
- Knowledge of childhood development principles
- First aid certification is a plus
- Experience working with students in special education is beneficial
- Strong skills in behavior management and creating engaging educational activities

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
