The Holiday Inn Oceanfront on 67th street in Ocean City MD is looking for a Maintenance Technician. We are busy 216 room hotel that is open year round. You must have the qualifications listed below along with the ability to provide great customer service in a fast paced environment. Must possess basic building trade skills, knowledge of HVAC systems, pool/sauna maintenance, carpentry, plumbing and electrical experience, with strong organizational skills and must be able to work flexible shifts including weekends, provide interpersonal skills and be able to conduct preventive maintenance process.Special Skills: This is a skilled labor position, must have 2-5 years engineering experience, hotel experience is a plus. Requires heavy lifting up to 100 pounds, twisting, bending, climbing, pulling, and walking.
