Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility. Your attention to detail and ability to perform various maintenance tasks will contribute to creating a safe and welcoming environment for our guests.

Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as repairing plumbing systems, electrical fixtures, and HVAC systems
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify any maintenance needs
- Clean and sanitize common areas, including restrooms, hallways, and lobbies
- Handle minor repairs and maintenance of furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or guests
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks

Experience:
- Previous experience in industrial cleaning, floor care, custodial work, or hospitality is preferred
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and guests
